Comfortable bed in the room assigned on arrival, plus an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV. City view, attentive and highly professional staff at the reception desk. Strategic and quiet location in Osaka, not far from which was very convenient, Kansai airport and other cities and a peaceful quiet neighbourhood.

I loved this modern and fantastic hotel. the staff at the receptionist were efficient. Our double room came with a free mobile phone and a very comfy bed, just as advertised. the hotel's location is magnificent, just a short distance from the subway and only 4-5 stops away from downtown.

I got great value for my money at Androoms Shin-Osaka. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast option could be improved by providing towels for the public bath instead of having to bring them from the room.

Tidy, good value hotel, its location was prime and close to quiet neighbourhood and the Shin-Osaka station, which was very convenient and many taxi. The staff were helpful and highly professional and knew their area. No complains at all, we spent a PLEASANT time here.
